My company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my   products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my company and its service providers.

My site collects cookies in order to see how people interact with my website, what pages they visit and how long they spend on each page. This helps me to review my site to make it more appealing to viewers.

Personal information, such as your name and email address will be stored if you choose to fill in the contact form on my website. Your email will also be stored if you choose to sign up to my email list through the signup form on my welcome page. You can easily choose to unsubscribe from these emails, there will be a button at the bottom of each email to do so.

Payment information will also be stored on my website, if and when you choose to book a photo session with me. I will only save your personal information (name, email, address, phone number) if you book a photo session with me, and this will be done so through my Model Release Form that I will email to you. My forms as well as contact details for my email list are stored on MailChimp.

The information above is only collected so that I can review my business and make it better for my clients. It is used for the sole purpose of easily being able to contact you about your booked photo session and to make the process as easy as possible for you.

I will only ever share your information if you choose to get your photographs printed through a company I have recommended and wish to have these delivered straight to your home. Though I would suggest that they are posted to my address so that I can ensure that there are no issues with the prints.
